Toner

Toner, the staple step for supple and dewy look skincare goal. In different countries in Asia, “toner” is known by many different names. It’s “rose water” or “mineral mist” in Vietnam, “skin” in Korea and “softener” in Japan. Nonetheless, toner’s main purpose is to tone and rehydrate the skin after cleansing to rebalance the pH level and get the skin better prepared for other steps that follow.
