Its moisturizing ingredients such as Panthenol (Provitamin B5) also ensure that skin’s natural oil-water balance is well retained. A slightly acidic toner, designed to calm irritated skin and formulated with 4 main ingredients – Centella, Panthenol, Jojoba seed oil and Houttuyania Cordata.
