Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a lightweight, milky toner that brightens, strengthens, and balances the skin. Perfect for dull skin seeking a healthy glass-skin glow.
Formulated with rice water, niacinamide, ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and betaine, it nourishes, evens tone, and hydrates while protecting the skin barrier. The non-sticky, fragrance-free formula is gentle and dermatologist-tested, suitable for even sensitive skin.
