A multi-purpose fermented toner with stabilized active ingredient at high contented extract, using the dry ice carbonic acid (DIC) extracting process. By building an extreme low extracting environment using -78.5 °C of dry ice, the Galactomyces ferment filtrate was contained by extracting highly enriched active ingredients.

After cleansing, take an appropriate amount of toner on your hand or cotton rounds and apply to the face. Gently tap until fully absorbed.
