Now that you have cleared off all makeup and sunscreen with an oil-based cleanser, it’s time to cleanse off the residue sweat and dirt left on your skin with a water-based cleanser.
It’s best to go with a mild, gently gel cleanser (p.H 5.5-6) so it will not strip and irritate your skin after cleansing. In case of a foam cleanser, create the bubbly texture with hand balm first before massage it to your face. This way, the texture transfer time does not require much effort massaging directly on your skin and decrease chance of damaging the skin’s barrier.
